Photographer, based in Leeds. I started as a photojournalist in South Africa in the late 1980s, then ran a studio in Belgium shooting editorial, advertising, landscapes, cities and portraits. Exhibited in Ostend, Antwerp, The Hague and Leeds. I've published as Paul Indigo since 2007.

I like it when everything in the frame lines up. Three strangers reading three newspapers in the same pose. Six people on a bench, facing the same sea, not quite together. Sometimes it's funny. Sometimes it isn't. Mostly I just stood there long enough.
